Where could I possibly begin?! I have such a sensitive stomach, and I took these on a 40-mile backpacking trip in the Sierra without ever having tried them before. I could’ve exclusively eaten these if I’d brought enough! Seriously, wow. Incredible.

I think that the gels themselves are good and fine. My only issue is that they can be really hard to open which is difficult when I'm on runs.

Such a good boost when youre doing a 5+ mile run
